the back of your fabric. The knit adds rigidity and resilience to otherwise fragile
fabrics. Knit Backing is the most desirable method available for
reinforcing light weight cottons, silks, and fabrics such as
chenille for upholstery use. Resist Flame always recommends
additional stain protection for upholstery fabrics.
